the AAPI professionals surveyed. 77% of respondents cited workload as another significant stressor.

Amy Yip is a Somatic Life Transformation and Mental Fitness coach, keynote speaker, award-winning author, and self-confidence trainer. In addition to, she is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, a Certified Strozzi Institute Somatic Coach, and a pioneer Mental Fitness Coach certified through Positive Intelligence. She’s also a 2X TEDx speaker. Amy works with women of color leaders to strengthen their mental fitness, heal intergenerational wounds, find their voice and the courage to speak up, and have agency to let go of all the ‘shoulds’ so that they can be the authors of their own life stories. Her mission is to empower women of color to be seen, to be heard, and to f-ing rock the boat. Amy received her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and her BS in computer science and BA in communications from the University of Maryland. Amy resides in Maryland with Greg, her best friend and husband, and her son Logan, the cutest kid ever.

Annabelle Chang is a Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Boeing. With an MBA, and Professional

Certificate in Corporate Finance she uses her expertise to lead financial planning within the Defense,

Space & Security sector. Some of her experience includes managing overhead budget and rates for

multiple sites and defense programs, as well as leading a financial planning & analysis integrator and

capital focal for the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Autonomous Systems division. She has also

developed the Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and achieved Forward Pricing Rate Agreements

(FPRAs). With more than 7 years at Boeing, Annabelle has a unique perspective to offer on the Asian

professional experience and development landscape at her company.
