8350 Broad St 6th Floor Conference Rooms, McLean, VA 22102 (KPMG’s VA Office). The closest metro station is Greensboro (accessible via the silver line) which is a 4 min walk. Parking garages are also available nearby and underneath the building ($13)

Hasan’s team focuses on ensuring there is broad-based access to lending and capital for individuals, families, and small businesses. He and his team engage with nonprofits, community advocacy groups, real estate professional organizations, and industry leaders, advocating for housing stability, affordability, and generational wealth creation.

Hasan started his career in banking in 2005 and has held many different roles focused on driving responsible growth, talent development, community engagement, and volunteerism. He is also focused on the bank’s work around promoting financial education and literacy.

Hasan, his wife, and two sons live in Northern Virginia. Hasan has been actively involved in the Greater Washington DC area to advocate active involvement in the community and has proudly volunteered and
partnered with many local non-profit organizations.

Zach Heng is a seasoned human resources leader with nearly two decades of experience in project management, process improvement, and organizational transformation, specializing in designing and executing inclusive talent strategies that drive cultural change, enhance business performance, and empower all talent to thrive.

As the Interim Head of Partnerships at Ascend, Zach leverages his expertise in storytelling, business development, digital branding and social media marketing to support the mission of advancing professionals in the workplace and corporate boardrooms. He also serves as a Speaker and Senior Leaders Council Member at Hacking HR, a global community of people leaders and professionals interested in employee experience, culture transformation, and leadership development.

Zach's prior roles include Senior People & Culture Advisor at Vanguard - one of the world’s largest investment companies - leading global employee experience initiatives to integrate fair, equitable, and inclusive business practices.

 

Zach also serves as a board director, public speaker, and strategic advisor to startups, nonprofits, and professional organizations championing small and minority-owned businesses and advancing representation for the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.
