These specialized programs focus on topics like time management, presentation skills, managing up, fostering teamwork, and networking. Gain experience and insights at and events like the Annual “Inspiring Across Generations” conference, Elevate, and various leadership networking events.

    Are you ready to strengthen your foundation?

  • - 7~ to 15~ years of experience

    One of the most challenging phases of your career is managing staff while managing work. Statistically, mid-level management is also where there is the greatest attrition rate of Asian-American leaders. In order to address the breadth and nuances, we collaborate with national programs like the Executive Insight Series (EIS) to provide you with the most effective and useful resources that you can apply immediately to your career as you set your sights on senior leadership.
