Monthly Member Meetup: Billy Goat Trail Hike at Great Falls
Join Ascend GW for a hike on the Billy Goat Trail, canal path, Section A at Great Falls, MD. on Oct 30th. UPDATE: we will park and meet at 10 am at Anglers Parking lot near Old Anglers Inn. The trail is 3.75 miles and should take about 2-2.5 hours to complete.

About the event
Join us for a 3.75 mile hike at Billy Goat Trail Section A on Sunday, 10/30. The hike will take approximately 2-2.5 hours to complete. This event is open to members, volunteers, community members, and friends!
Event Details:
Meeting Place: Anglers Parking Lot, on MacArthur Blvd., located close to Old Anglers Inn (it shows up as "Great Falls Parking" on Google Maps)
Free Parking is available at Anglers Parking Lot (https://goo.gl/maps/5j4SZWtAKxYdpJrE7 shows up at "Great Falls Parking" on Google Maps)

Bring: Water, snacks, and hiking shoes. Rock scrambling will be involved so good shoes are important!
